Elleipsis

Elleipsis, the title of this work was chosen in honour of Ptolemy who was the first to give a coherent description of the universe. The main theme of five notes is set out in the first measure. It regularly reappears as melodic, rhythmic, harmonic and timbral variations, giving the feeling of an elliptic revolution.
