Rudolph, Pierre-Paul

Pierre-Paul Rudolph

Pierre-Paul Rudolph was born in Bruges (Belgium) in 1965. He received the medal of the Belgian Government for guitar and chamber music in 1982 and, as a guitarist, participated in many concerts throughout Europe. He learned with John Williams, Ben Verdery, Manuel Berrucco, Ilse and Nicolas Alfonso and Eduardo Falù.

In 1991, he played in Buenos Aires in a tribute to the Argentin composer Abel Fleury alongside the famous guitarist Juan José Falù. As a composer, the guitar remains his favorite instrument. Although using a classical writing, Pierre-Paul Rudolph gives to his compositions jazz rythms and latino nostalgic accents.
